Didn't like anything, except staff friendliness.

The room was spacious but had uncomfortable pillows.

The staff were incredibly attentive, and the attached restaurant offered a nice variety of options. However, the noise from a nearby bar and children in the halls was quite disruptive throughout the night.

The salt water pool was AMAZING really enjoyed it a lot and would stay here again just for that alone. The room had a microwave and bar fridge very helpful for snacks.

Plus, the room was spacious and clean, making it easy to kick back after my food adventures. And shoutout to the air conditioning for keeping the vibe just right!

We had a bit of a door drama. jiggling the handle became our routine—quirky, right? Also, we initially expected two Queen beds but ended up with doubles. Still, overall, we had a comfy stay and enjoyed exploring the area.

I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated how close the hotel was to the highway, making it easy to explore Ottawa. The room had basic amenities like an iron and refrigerator, which were really helpful, especially during a longer stay. However, I was often disturbed by barking dogs in the hallways, and the elevator was slow, which made for a frustrating experience at times.

We had a fun time at the Calypso Ottawa Waterpark during our stay here. This hotel has always been a good choice for my family, especially with our three grandkids. We appreciated the clean atmosphere and the friendly vibes all around.
